I was surprised to see a 3lb gain on the scale, putting me at 171. Now I have kept up my exercise even adding intensity to my workouts, I have stayed on track with my meal plan with regards to calories and fat. I quickly realized that this gain was most likely water weight. In looking back at what I had been eating, I realized that I had been taking in too much sodium. So from that point until now I have paid more attention to limiting my salt and increasing my water and exercise. Now I have reached 166lbs. Which is not 5lbs lighter than my last official weigh in, but it is 5 lbs less than what I weighed last Thursday. My clothes seem to be starting to fit a little better, pants especially. They button just a tad easier. And I feel better, not nearly as tired all the time. I&amp;#39;ve had a problem with anemia off and on all my life so I started taking a multivitamin. That along with eating better, I now feel much better during the day and can sleep better at night. Before starting the SF diet I was having trouble sleeping at night and was fighting to stay awake during the day so I think the healthier diet and extra vitamin are making that better. So even without a scale to give me solid numbers, I can still tell some improvements are there. It may even be a good thing that I won&amp;#39;t get the new scale for a few weeks for two reasons. I spritzed them with ranch flavored salad spritzers and they weren&amp;#39;t so bad. So I&amp;#39;m very proud of myself for that.
