Since the plan only allows approximatly 300 calories per meal this was WAY off limits for me. I went next door to Shaws to see if they have any healthy alternatives and came upon Amy&amp;#39;s meals. Amy&amp;#39;s meals are organic, delicious, and perfectly portioned. They also come in a number of delicious varieties. I had Palak Paneer with Caraway Basmati Rice and Bean Korma. At the end of the week I am going to write an assessment of said week and see exactly where my weakness&amp;#39;s lie.
