Congrats Alli!!!!!  Thanks for sharing your engagement news with us!!!  That is such wonderful news.  No worries.  I too have not lost any weight struggling with the daily ups and downs.  I realized that this journey is very hard but since I have been here I am more accountable for my behaviors and actions because I feel like we are all in this together - I am not alone and You are not alone.  So lets try this again.

What is one thing about you or something that you are so passionate about that no one can stop you???  Your weightloss needs to be top of whatever that is.  Its crunch time.  The holiday season is quickly turning that corner and where will you be?  Where will I be?  This journey is a hard one, are you ready???  When you are at dinner, why deprive yourself???  The way I see it, if we can buckle down and make those healthy choices then those one or two days or weekend of complete food chaos will not mean a thing.  This has to be a daily effort.  We are all here walking the same path and its great that we are still here but have we learned the lesson yet?  Have we really corrected our mistakes?  Are we really conquering food and the fears?  I am on and off and any life curveball that comes my way throws me off - why???  It should not be that easy.  And the same for you.  The challenge is getting thru the next 45 days because the resolution begins today not Jan 1st.  You are young and beautiful.  if you want to change something, then do it.  No more excuses.  Lets do this and win.

Way to go girl...2 lbs gone.  Way to get on track again!!

I'm so glad to see you back in the saddle again!  As long as we keep picking ourselves up and moving forward we will be sucessful.  I'm sure that 2 pounds is motivating you to keep going!  Have a great healthy week!

Yea, Allison!!  So very proud of you.  You got back on that wagon and rolled for 2 lbs. ~~ LOST !!  Why is it SO much easier to find the pounds than it is to lose them??  :)  Anyway, I am very happy for you.  Sounds like you had a lucky Friday the 13th.  Keep going girl.  We're watching you!  God Bless ~~ Hilary
