Well week one is really over tomorrow but I decided to weigh and post on Mondays to set a weigh in forum for those who started a week ago on Mondays and to weigh in with my buddy brightblueeyez.

If you started a week ago on Monday I thought it would be fun to weigh in weekly together. So we can help each other and stay on track. If you are interested just post here.. Well here are my results.......I lost 5 pounds. Not bad at all. Just enuff to motivate me

If not go to myfitnesspal.com and make an account and create one, every time you lose weight log back in there and enter your new weight, and it automatically updates on here for you!
it updates for me but it doesn't show on my message board replies. Its showed up on the very first one I did and then after that it wont copy the actual ticker it only shows the silly code. Any clues?

I started the two shakes this week, and have been hitting the gym everyday! Are any of you working out along with the meal plans? Just looking for some new ideas for workouts. Keep up the good work, you girls are doing awesome!
So I weighed in today and am down 8 pounds total! What a great feeling! How did you both do this week?
Well its been a good week. Even though the outside stress was pushing me to be weak. I still lost 5 more pounds.....and thats with that whole week being my before my period week. I didn't retain as much water as I usually do. So my total is 10 pounds in two weeks with 40 more to go. Im sure it will be much slower from here on in. But hey! That first 10 lost made the biggest difference in motivating me. Good luck to the rest of you can't wait to hear how you all are doing.
Another 2 pounds down this week! I found this week to be a little tougher as I didn't push myself as hard during workouts due to being sick. :( I am starting to feel much better and had a good workout last night and one again this morning. I have reached my first goal of 10 pounds which I told myself entitled me to some new jewelry! Nothing too pricy just some earings and a necklace as I LOVE jewelry!! Let me know how you are doing!
