    I have a problem with eating more than one snack after dinner (more like a craving /binge problem), it doesn't matter if I eat properly all day or don't start till noon, I still get so hungry. I'm generally not hungry in the morning at all and have to force myself to eat, but it seems once...

  • Still hungry PLEASE HELP!!!

    Day 2 I am following the plan, but I am still so hungry. I have a shake for breakfast, a slimfast snack bar , a shake for lunch then another snack bar a small dinner then a snack before bed. So far I am staying with it but I feel so hungry. Please help

    HI... I definitley know what you mean! IT's hard to stop once you start espically if you are in front of the TV or at work on the computer. What I have tried is to snack on veggies and light popcorn. It fills me up as well as gives me the fiber I need in my diet. My favorite snacks are the baby carrots...
