Sick n Tired of being Lazy n unmotivated!

I am a 27 year old female who is following the slim fast diet with the meal on the go shake n fruit for break fast with fruit, a cottage cheese and fruit cup as my first snack, a snack bar  crackers and tuna for lunch, pretzel stciks n grapes as my second snack  a dinner of veggies on 1/2 the plate n 1/4 meat n 1/4 grains. Monday I started doing 12 blocks of alternating jogging with walking how long will it be before i start to see some results. I am a couch potato n weigh close to 300 my dr says my health is starting to suffer and frankly so is my self esteem!

Certainly, everyone responds differently to weight loss, however, I would have to say that you should expect to see results within the first 1-2 weeks of starting your plan.  Your proposed plan sounds great!  Your meal plan looks good.  If you need ideas for your dinner, you can always get great recipes on our website when you register for our free meal planner.  So, you might consider taking a look.  Also, great job with your exercise plan, jogging and walking are great exercises.
