Hi Bronxbomber, If you are following the 1900 calorie plan, then you should have 4 snacks (about 120 calories each) and 5 servings of fruits or vegetables. You can a snack with a piece of fruit or you can have them separately. It's up to you. Just make sure that you have all 4 snacks and all 5 servings...
