THANKS FOR THE IDEA, I USUALLY SNACK ON 2 SLICES OF PROVOLONE CHEESE WITH 2 SLICES OF HAM AND 32 OUNCES OF WATER. I THINK I SHOULD TRY YOUR LOW CAL FILLING SNACK.
