    I have a 8 month old and am nursing. It's always been very difficult for me to loss wight while nursing. I still loose wight but very slowly. I eat a 200 calorie breakfast and a combination meal for lunch, a healthy supper and 3 snacks. I was following the 1500cal plan but the weight loss is so slow...

  • nursing mom

    I have a 4 month old and am nursing. Everybody told me that nursing would help melt the pounds away. Well, not in my case. I am maintaining my 193 pounds which is better than gaining but am really anxious to lose the extra weight. Any body got any ideas or helpful info??
