    Hey Monica! I read your posting and know exactly how you feel. I am going throught the SAME exact thing and am sooo mad at myself. I have been so depressed that I can't stay motivated!     This is week 3 for me. I lost 50 lbs a few years back and slowly put some back on. I started at 130 this time and last weigh in was 123. 7 lbs so far. I am determined not to let me weight creep back up. I don't have much to lose this time, but I do have to get my eating habits in check or my weight...

    I enjoy that I'm getting smaller, but my motivation is my balance, flexability and the fact my ankle and knee no longer ache. Each time I exercise I notice my joints DON'T hurt. Which is the reason I began SF, to lose weight so I don't end up one of those people that have to use a walker...
