I am in college and I am never on a schedule so it is hard for me to eat at the right times like breakfast comes when most people are eating their lunch. I always end up eating before I go to bed because I stay up a lot later than normal. Is there a way that I can get on an eating schedule?

I do somewhat ...but you'll find it becomes mundaine to stick with, so I just stick to the calorie count per day. I have a shake for breakfast (put a French Vanilla in a blender with two cubes of ice, and half a banana or so...YUM!) then a snack mid morning, then a small turkey wrap, or another shake...
