Welcome to slim fast. I have found the most important thing is to stay focused on your goal, and stay motivated. I am in my third week and I have lost 10lbs. I stick to 1500-1600 calories per day. I walk/jog 30-40 minutes on my treadmill each day. I have also started some weightlifting.

I was wondering if anyone has ever thought of through Meetup or here making local SF groups? Theoretically you could get together at places like exercise clubs, community centers that have workout rooms etc and get a little SF meal and exercise so so many woudlnt feel so alone?
