  • Re: Weekly Weigh In for those Interested

Hi Everyone: I'm new and would like to join in on the weigh ins. My starting weight is 190. My goal is to lose 30 lbs. I plan to ride a 25 mile endurance ride with my horse in July. I know I will feel healthier by dropping the extra weight. It would give my horse a break too : )
