    Hello all-- I havnt bought anything to create a desire yet, but I know I am going too! I have a love for the brand 'Famous', some would call it an unhealthy obsession, but I dont mind :P anyways, Im thinking of buying a bikini in that brand and hanging it on my wall... do any of you do that?...

    I have a book on Pilates. I found that if I do a routine before bed . During teh winter its nioce and easy, almost like your not doing anything.     I was wondering if anyone has ever thought of through Meetup or here making local SF groups? Theoretically you could get together at places like exercise clubs, community centers that have workout rooms etc and get a little SF meal and exercise so so many woudlnt feel so alone?

    thank you for replying to my post. i tried to talk to the Y but they want more for their membership then some area gyms. so far one of my only thoughts is to go for light walks. maybe 30 mins or so a day. the therapist said that light working with a big ball like the one i used with him and to continue...
