    I have been on this site for about 1-2 weeks. I failed for a while. I wasn't following the plan and as a result, I never lost a pound. I finally kicked myself in the butt and said that it's time to finally get myself together. I woke up this morning and got right back on track. I keep my journals...

    Hey Monica! I read your posting and know exactly how you feel. I am going throught the SAME exact thing and am sooo mad at myself. I have been so depressed that I can't stay motivated! Maybe together we can find some reasons to stay motivated and come up with a plan of accountability! Smile...Josette

    I started last Monday on the plan I started at 218 today I am 217 I lost 1 lb not great but a start hope to have a better lose this week. Good Luck everyone

    Hi my name is Kristin. I'm also from WA (seattle) and just starting out. I'm on day 3 of healthy eating and fitness, using an exercise dvd at home (it's too cold and rainy to go on a walk). I haven't stepped on a scale yet, am waiting or weighting :) until Day 7 before I weigh myself...

    Hi Nikki I am Alisha I am also new here I started my diet on Monday so far I am sticking to it it's not easy though I am a stress eater and I have been extra stressed due to some family stuff. Anyway I hope you do well on your WLC Best of luck

    i go about a week before i really start craving my comfort foods. so what i do with my wife is since i love steak so much that we goto applebees on friday and order the stk and mushrooms off of their weight watchers menu as a treat. however i cant stop drinking ice tea. and its not the good tea its got...

    hello my name is tony and i also need to loose over 100. i started at 317 on the 27th of dec. i started here at 312 and now im at 308.5 so i guess im doing good. im getting better at my eating portions but im so stressed and depressed at times. im looking to loose close to 117 and get down to 200 even...

    Hey all! I restarted my plan today at 196, and my 3 month goal is 170, with an overall goal of about 165 (my pre-pregnancy weight). I'm also an athlete in training, so my actual weight may be lower than this at the end of 6 months...we'll see! Here's to Monday weigh ins! I guess my next weigh...
