  • How does drinking alcohol fit in to our diet

    I like to have a drink or 2 during the week, but on the weekends I tend to have a few more. Does anyone know how or if its possible without adding any extra calories to fit in a few drinks.     portions were always my biggest problem. as the dad of the house and i had a big apetite people always looked to me to keep from having left overs. well now what i do is i try to have left overs for the next day lunch. ex... last night baked chkn went on todays salad. i buy single serve oatmeal pakges...

    Eating out is my downfall. I could go threw a drive-thru everyday if I could afford it! But I have decided that I have to loose weight or I will not be around for anything,most importantly, my three kids. So, I will kick that drive-thru habit. OK, Subway once in a while will be alright.

    My family and I eat out 3 times a week. On Friday night, Saturday and Sunday. 1 of our meals that we eat out is Taco Bell. What would you suggest to eat when eating there?
