Dieting while breastfeeding

This is my second round of Slimfasting while breastfeeding and I wanted to pass on some nutrition info for other nursing mothers. The first time I used this program I lost consistantly with no detrimental effects on my milk supply... I just fell off the wagon hard! Now I'm back and ready to do it...
