My husband and I started the slim fast plan yesterday. We are not sure if we have to stick to the plan exactly or could we substitute w/something around the same amount of calories? We are giving the 2 wk 6 lbs a try to see if it will work. Hopefully it will!! We are not used to this "diet"...
