Keep on trying it will come off. I weighed in this morning I didnt loose any weight but I did loose inches. I have lost 4 1/4 inches total off of my body so that is good. So maybe next week I will have some weight lose. Keeping fingers crossed. Brenda

Congrats to all who lost and those who WILL lose... I would like to join the weekly weigh in.. I started, at 217 my 6 month goal is 195, long term goal is 175. My name is Nestora and i am mother of 3. I have a 6 y/o son and 3 almost 4 y/o boy/girl twins. I just started SF on the 13th of this month and I have lost 4lbs so far. Congrats to all This is the start of week 3 for me. Lost 6.2 lbs on week 1 and yesterday lost 2.5 so thats 8.7 total. Can t beat that. Next week I hope I will dip to 159 Its great to see how everyone is doing.
