  • Starting over

I have been on this site for about 1-2 weeks. I failed for a while. I wasn't following the plan and as a result, I never lost a pound. I finally kicked myself in the butt and said that it's time to finally get myself together. I woke up this morning and got right back on track. I keep my journals...

  • Monday Weekly Weigh-In Anyone?

Hey everyone! I just thought that Monday sounded like a logical day to weigh in. Would anyone like to join me? I am doing this for accountability because I have to admit I am lacking in the motivation department. I am a 35 year old single mother of three kids (16, 14 & 11). I just moved from Chicago...

  • Re: Being MOTIVATED boy do I

Hey Monica! I read your posting and know exactly how you feel. I am going throught the SAME exact thing and am sooo mad at myself. I have been so depressed that I can't stay motivated! Maybe together we can find some reasons to stay motivated and come up with a plan of accountability! Smile...Josette

  • Being MOTIVATED boy do I

Well I tried the SF last year and I did loose weight, but for some reason I fell off. But I want to really to it this time. I really need all the help I can get. I just don't know how to start, I know I have the SF drinks, I can go for a run (more like a like walk). I guess I'm soo mad at my...

  • Moved Into Senior Housing in Oct. Gained 16 pounds!

So, I guess it is time to start this Slim Fast Diet in earnest to lose what I have gained and to continue losing. This is very frustrating since I had lost 25 pounds before I moved here. Today, to paraphrase, is the first day of the rest of my life and I am very serious about staying with the plan. I...

  • Hello

  • Help

I am trying to lose at least 15 pounds and get from 160 to 145. I am currently living with roommates and my fiance. The most difficult part of this is that my roommate is currently pregnant, so there is all sorts of off limits stuff in the house, and my will-power is lacking. My fiance keeps telling...
