    I always weigh myself in the morning right after I wake up and pee, and never with clothes on... that way its the same "time" of day and I don't have to worry about whether or not my clothes weigh more or less than last time I weighed. That way it removes any doubt as to whether or not...

    Ok I have to admit I am very disappointed with my weigh in. I started at 161.5 and am at 159. I know that is 2.5 lbs. But normally when I start any diet (eating right) I am good for 4-6 lbs the first week. I guess I am disappointed because I have followed this thing to a T and refuse to eat anything...

    I am going thru the same problem. I gained 2 pounds this week. I know part of it is due to my period and hopefully I will lose at least 1 pound of that.     It's not all about the weight. Find a pair of pants that are a little tight and try them on each week. You can tell if you're losing inches by the way they fit. If you are exercising you may be building up mucsles which weighs more. Hang in there. It's tough, but after awhile you'll be...
