You are so right Ali! That fast food meal was a real wake-up call to me. I'd rather eat LOTS of food than one fast food meal. And here's another demonstration of how the Slim-Fast diet promotes long term loss. After just 2 days of healthy eating post-Disney, I'm back to my pre-trip weight...
