    Hello to all.. Im late for posting I weighed myself Thursday morning. I have lost another 3 lbs and Im starting on my 3rd week. Thank you to everyone her for your support and freindship. So I have lost a total of 10 lbs. Wow!! It feels great and Im feeling good. It is awesome to feel good. Thanks again...

    I weighed in at 243 today. I started on 01/02 at 250. A total of seven lbs so far. I am very happy with that. Congrats to everyone else who lost this week, and to everyone who did not do as well as they would have liked just keep trying and stay positive. Everyone have a great week.

    Thank you for starting this weigh in. I am new at this and could not figure out how to use it. I started the slim fast diet on 01/02 and I weighed 250lbs. I weighed myself today at 244. I am happy with the 6lbs. I have found the program pretty easy to follow. I am also walking just over 2 miles per day...

    Weighed in today but will adjust from M/W/F to include Thursday. Very encouraged the blogs, I did weigh in Monday at 160 and then weighed 159.2 today.     im new and in my 2nd week. i have been told that my workmans comp injury to my l hip and low back has aged my body about 15 yrs or so. the dr says i have degenerative joints and artritis. does n e 1 have a suggestions to what type of medicine otc would help make exercising easier. and what exercises...
