I know a lot of us started just before or just after Christmas. Since that's the case, I suggest we all try to keep in contact with each other, we'll all be going thought the same challenges about the same time. You know the ones like..... " If I see another person eat a pile of mashed taters I'll shove they're face in it" or " I'm sick of chocolate/strawberry/vanilla" OR "I've hit a platteau!!" I wish there was a way that we could create groups but maybe we can keep all in contact with this forum and by adding each other as buddies. Also if we'd like to get together and chat perhaps we can use one of the messengers. I know MSN and YAHOO can chat with each other but I don't know if they can make a chatroom like AIM can. Anyone know?
Hi! I just signed up today. I'm very eager to get going on this. I'd like to have someone to keep me motivated! I'll start it all tomorrow. It's been a crazy weekend! I plan on not doing much of anything today! I'm more of a couch potato! I use to go to the gym, but got tired of not really seeing results. I'm thinking about getting one of those core exercisers. Since I like watching TV so much, I figure that's another way of sitting/exercising!
Great to have you join us Perugal!! I am doing most of my exercise while watching a 30 minute program right now, who knows one day I'll breeze right through 30 minutes and decided to go for an hour. What type of core exercises are you thinking about?
