Lookin' for a support buddy!

 'm a 21 year old and I'm having a hard time losing the excess weight! I had a baby boy, and I gained about 100lbs.  I shot up to 220.  I'm down to 170 right now, but I got about 40 to go to get back to my pre-preggo weight!  I have the most awful time with dieting (I blame my hubby's late night binges lol) and could use all the help I can get! I'm pretty good at the work-out thing and motivating that way so if anybody wants a buddy on here please hit me up!!! Lets do this haha!

I could have written your post!  I'm 23 and have a 9 month old girl.  While I was pregnant at first, I dropped about 20 pounds because I was so sick, then I regained that twenty plus another 40 to end up at 220 when I delivered.  I'm back down to 183, but would like to see my 140 days again.  I'm bad at dieting and blame the hubby too, since he is on the lean side and eats to gain weight, while I am trying to lose weight.  I defintely need help with motivation of all kinds.  I really enjoy working out, but doing it in the evenings is out of the question.  When I get home from work, I wash bottles, feed and bathe baby, clean up the house, cook dinner, work on lesson plans (I teach), get ready for the next day, shower, and get to bed.  I'd love to get motivated enough to work out in the mornings.  Anyway, sorry so long!  I'll be your support buddy!  I'm about to head to the grocery store to get the 'supplies.'  Have you found any tasty foods to suggest?

Well, my daughter will be a year on Christmas day.. I too gained weight.. The last I looked before I had my daughter I was up to 226.. I never looked again once I saw that. So I could of gained more I will never know.. LOL...

I lost all the baby weight really fast.. but my problem was I gained 30 lbs before I got Preg.. So, I am still stuck with those extra 30 lbs and the 10 that I always wanted to loose.. ( ;.. I just got some slim fast because I noticed I was eating really badly because I never had the time to fix a good meal but a dinner.. Then my hubby likes his cookies in bed.. So I had to have a few with him..

I think if we have a good support system it could help us.. Good luck...

 Definitely lets team up!!! I like multi-grain cheerios, they're pretty awesome and sweet potatoes.  Other than that nothin' safe thats sort of healthy lol.  I like the slim-fasts though I feel like I'm cheating (I LOVE chocolate!). I'm in the same boat too I can only work out in the morning before classes and work evening is totally baby. 

But my groceries are basically chicken (to be grilled), steak, carrots, apples, low fat peanut butter, slim fast, cheerios, cranberry juice, big jugs-o-water, turkey ***, low fat swiss cheese and eggs.  Eggs in the morning with a lil steak is amazing.  Idk definitely keep in touch with me though! I'm going to do some pilates tomorrow mornin' and 30min. on the eliptical.

 Definitely, too bad our hubbys are all sabotaging us haha! Good luck to you too keep in touch guys!  If you want we can do that "weekly weigh in" thing they suggest...idk I've started counting my inches instead, I feel like that's more accurate than a scale #. U know?

  Hey girls!  I'm going for 30 min on the elliptical and some strength training in the morning.  I'll let yall know how that goes.  Convenience is huge for me, so I got some Campbells Soup "Light" single servings for lunch.  They are 120 cals for the whole thing.  I enjoy a hot lunch, so I think this will really fill me up.  Plus, they seem to be loaded with veggies.  Also, I'm a huge chocoholic, so I found "Fudgecicles" that are abou 60 cals each.  I'm looking forward to that and a piece of fruit as my after dinner snack.  I'm weighing in weekly for myself, so I'll post that tomorrow sometime.  What measurements do you take?  Maybe I'll do that tomorrow too.  Good luck!!!

 I usually measure my waist, thigh, and butt.  The BIG three haha. I've noticed I've lost a few inches but the scale ain't budging so it's keeping me semi-motivated lol!

 When my alarm clock went off at 4:30 this morning, I shut it off and went back to sleep.  I don't know how I'm going to get motivated to get up early.  Did you work out this morning?  I am going to try to do it tonight before bed, then try again in the morning.  I started this morning at 181.  I'd like to be at 135.  I'm going to measure when I get home.  What do you guys "reward" yourself with?  I'd like to reward myself with a tanning bed membership if I work out 5x/week for a month...  What are your babies' names?  Madilyn is a huge motivation for me to get healthy---I never want her to struggle with weight like I do.  I never want her to feel trapped by food and fat-ness.

I'm at 170 flat today! I worked out at 6:30 but I only did pilates (it's finals week, I've been studying all nighters) I plan once I hit 150 to do the tanning membership, 140 to get my hair professionally done, and at the 130 zone to get myself a bunch of skinny clothes! My son's name is Alexander.  Measurement wise I'm waist 33inches, thigh 23 inches, and butt 42.5inches. I've lost 7 inches total since 2 weeks ago.  Definitely get that work-out in!!! You can do it!!!

 I need a buddy too!!! lol-me as well had a baby boy in 2005 and just turned 25 and still have that annoying 30-40 pounds that keep haunting me haha. so I need as much help and support I can get through this...the diet world has had me going nuts and im ready to be my cute little self again haha! =)

hey i'm 21 too! I have 55lbs to lose and i'm horrible at dieting. I like working out too but you should know it's hard when you have someone crawling around you 24\7. I'd love to have a buddy to check in with. Today is my first day and I'm doing really good.

well as for me i'm 210 and my waist is 44in. I did workout today. I went for a jog and did my situps. I don't really know how to work out. I like cardio but I really have a bulggie belly so I think I need lots of help there. Any ideas let me know. Im ready to do this. And you know what I hope I can say what you're saying.

 I actually worked out this evening...almost 40 minutes of cardio--30 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes of vacuuming (which I vote totally counts as cardio).  Yay for me.  Today was a good day.  I usually get REALLY hungry by the afternoon and get terrible headaches.  I didn't struggle with either today!!  I can see those 50 pounds just melting away already!
