Does anyone know when the weight chart is coming back? Without it its so difficult to keep track and see the progress
I would love to have the weight chart as well.
Its really great to keep track of your weight loss. I did Slim fast a long time ago, and used it....Great tool!

I write my weight each week on the calendar. That way I can see my progress without having to check the website.

Hi I sent a mesg.2 the suport and asked them about the wt. chart and she replyed it should be up by the end of the year. I also asked about the buddy site and it also should by the end of the year also.

I'm new. i started the SF plan a week ago. I also joined the gym. I just want to hear some of you guy's success. how much have you lost? How long did it take you? How aften/long do you exercise?

I'm just starting as well. I haven't joined a gym yet.. I lost a lot of weight walking 2002-2005. I lost 65 lbs. I try to walk 3 miles a day.

I joined in 2006 and lost 30 lbs it took me a year to loose it, I exercised 3 times a week and pretty much followed the menu plain, I just started up again, and I would like to loose 10 more lbs but have not done to much exercising, so it does work I think a person has to exericis in order for any diet to work. I have kept the weight off except for 3 lbs of it.
I do the same caligirl, I also take my measurements once a month. Working out makes you gain muscle and while sometimes the scale doesn't reflect that big a loss, the inches lost can be amazing. : )
THIS IS SO DIFFICULT without the weight chart! Please bring it back soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for checking with the tec. suport and not guessing and giving out wrong info. I am also new to the slim-fast plan I have been on this diet for two weeks and when I started out I weighed 160 and I am already down to 156 so just stick with it.
I agree. Bring back the chart!
