Hi, can you please tell me at what point on the calorie plan do i need to decrease my calorie intake. i started slimfast at 220 pounds and was on the 1900 calorie a day plan. Im currently down to 204 pounds. When do i need to decrease my intake? I looked all over the site but i cant seem to find the chart anymore...lol. Thanks and have a great day! :)Misty

First of all, congrats on your impressive weight loss! You should be really proud of yourself!
Typically, our cut off for the next calorie bracket is 200 pounds. At this point, you would drop down to 1700 calories. This is the equivalent of dropping 1 fruit/vegetable serving and 1 Snack. However, if you are continuing to lose 1-2 pounds per week, you do not need to decrease your calories yet. In fact, if you are still losing 1-2 pounds per week, I would highly recommend you stay at your current caloric level. Once you hit a 2-week period where there has not been weight loss, then lower your calorie intake to 1700 calories.
