I think it is great that your husband and family are giving you the support plus some that you need to take off the extra pounds. You have had a some fences to climb. I am familar with the problems people have when takind prednisone. I know you can do it because you are already facing challenges that alot of us could not face and do not forget it.
I have a grandchild as well and three steps sons, and one beautiful healthy daughter (at least the last time I saw her).
Have you been doing excercises in the pool? I really think that can be a good cardio plus toning.

Yes I do excersises in the spa. it is a big spa and able to do them nicely. It amases me that I can't even feel my pain in the spa./ Do you have the ability to excersise somewhere? I start a weight management program tomorrow and am looking forward to the accountability. I am now low on steriods and it will help/ I already see a differance in my moon face.
Do you work? I am retired nurse. I fell off a roof and broke my back which forced me into retirement. What has happened to your daughter? if I may ask?/
I am excited to loose weight how bout you? I know it will be a long haul but I have done it before and this week I weigh 247lbs I will be weighing in every monday nite. how is your schedule of weigh loss?

I did not know you replied to me I just saw your post. I do not have anything real convient, but I have been talking to Audrey and she seems to really be into it, she too has joined a work out program.
She had a back injury also. You all are tough. Yes I work, I do residential inspections of new construction. Nothing has happended to my daughter except that she has her own social life, which is good for her for the most part.
I AM going to lose 30 to 35 pounds. I too am excited because I have the right attitude this time. It has come along before but this time feels different.
I am doing a Monday weigh in on the forum staying motivated, you need to go there it is under butterfly kimmyc weigh in, we can stay in touch there here. I will look for you.
I am excited to hear about all this excercise you are going to be participating in. I know you can achieve your goal look at what you are already overcoming!!
