 Hi Erin,

What kind of trampoline did you get? Where did you buy it? I'm all for fun exersizes =^^=  tried to make a cat oh well lol!

Hi Myrna,

I have an Athletic Works 36" Circuit Trainer Mini Trampoline. I bought it at Wal-Mart for about $35-$40. Oh Yeah, It's so much fun to be on!! LOL! Even my son and hubby like to get it on every so often. I like to put it in front of the t.v and jump or do like a little jog on for 30 minutes. It even has arm bands attached to it and a little monitor to keep up with time, calories and the number of jumps you do as well.

Hey everybody. I'm new....today is my first day trying this but I really hope it works. I've tried every other diet I can think of and so far, I've done nothing but gain more.

I just turned 22, and as of today, I'm 225 lbs and only 5ft 3in. I have a goal to lose at least 30-40lbs by Thanksgiving when I'll meet my father for the first time. I also have 2 babies that I want to lose the weight for. I want to be healthy for them when they're older.

 Hi Erin,

Thanks for the info on the trampoline, I'm going to buy one. I've been taking a strength training class on Thurs & Fri, need something for the rest of the week.  We have a great group here!  Do you take vitamins?  I do but I don't care for them and it's Vitamin B12 and Zinc. 

We can do it!

Your welcome. I use to take vitamins like the women's one a day but I haven't recently. I should get back to taking them again. I definitely love this site, great motivation.

How does everybody drink their shakes? I pour mine in a blender with some ice cubes and then it's all frothy and I get 3 cups.

Hi Myrna,

I just store all my shakes in the fridgerator to keep them nice and cold and I just drink them that way.

I keep mine in the fridge but about 10-15 minutes before I'm ready to drink it I put it in the freezer. Makes it super cold that way I have to drink it slower.

 I put mine in the freezer for about 30 minutes and after that shake it, flip back the top, pop in a straw and enjoy a Wendy's (want a be) frosty shake!!  Ive been doing that for over 6 months and still enjoy it as if it were the first time.

 Erin,

I was tempted to buy myself a trampoline, however was not sure that all of that bouncing would be good.  Do you think that the constant bouncing will have a negative effect on the elasticity of the skin.  I really can't afford to add to the natural aging processs.

Hi Amy,

That's a good question. Unfortunetly, I don't have an answer to that. You might be able to ask your question to a doctor on this page and see what they say. As for me with the trampoline the only minor issure I have with it is my boobs. It's sometimes hard to control them!!

Hi Everyone,

I hope you all had a good week! I'm so excited today is weigh-in day. Last week I weighed-in at 166 and today I'm 165 (-1lb), only 20 more pounds to lose! This week I didn't do a lot of walking outside the house but did use the trampoline.

Remember, We Can Do It!
