HI Everyone,
I only lost .6 pounds this week. Not what I was expecting, but at least I did not gain. Hopefully next week is better.

Hi Everyone!
A few weeks ago, I posted but I do not see it here anymore! Did anyone get to read it?
I basically wanted to tell you all how it made my heart SO HAPPY to see a few of you still here using this thread! I started this back in January and to see it still alive is amazing. More amazing is the progress of MIGUEL. You go guy! Look AT YOU!!! Good for YOU!
Ladies, keep it going. That's what it's all about, one week at a time, slowly sometimes, sometimes not, but it's just a matter of time for all those good days of better choices to add up to weight LOSS!
I am still a loyal SF user. I use a different website now but the team I am on is Team Slim Fast! hehehe (google Spark People) I have gained back some weight since summer but with Slim Fast, it's easy to stop the slide, you just get back on plan and that's what I am doing. Instead of being 20 lbs from goal, I'm more like 35 lbs away. It doesn't freak me out though because after the success I have enjoyed with SF, I know I will get there, in time.
As my weight changes, my goals change. I am focusing more on learning how to live maintaining my weight, live life fully with less focus on food. Slim Fast has given me the tools and the practice, to eat regularly, eat less, eat healthier and to move more. That's why I know this plan is a successful one. It's not a diet. I have read the many success stories, which motivated me to give it a try and I am so glad I did.
Best of wishes to you all!
Your forever SF bud,
Michelle (WA)
I would like to do this too. I just moved, and am getting married in the spring. I'd like to get back to my weight pre-divorce, but will settle for 10 LBS!
I guess I better find my scale first................it's somewhere in this maze of boxes!!
What day for weigh ins??!!
Elizabeth

Michelle !!! How are you? Long long time from your last post.
Do you remember this phrase? "I want to start a weekly weigh in, starting TODAY, what better time to start?"
Yes Michelle, you wrote this phrase on January 3, 2008. One year ago. I think this thread is the oldest on slimfast.com. That post was a new start for me: My personal war against the overweight.
Thank you, Michelle. Thank you so much.
