&lt;p&gt;The Slim-Fast plan is flexible to fit your food preferences. If you want to have the Subway sandwich that is 310 calories, you may want to have it for your sensible meal and just add some fruits and vegetables to it so that the total for the meal would be about 500 calories. If you plan on having it for your meal combination, you could have the sub and a piece of fruit instead of the shake plus 200 calories.&lt;/p&gt;
