I now weigh 173 lbs, three years after the birth of my second son. I looked in the mirror and saw lots of well yuck, finally monday, I returned to slimfast. Back in the day, this online support system did not exist, so the menu and caloric planning makes life so much easier..... Anyways, here is the problem, I went to Wendy's tonight, and had my entire meal planned out there... it was a small chili with a baked potato which totaled my calories for today to 1490 calories, so i get to wendy's and no chili, so I ended up eating chicken nuggets and felt hungry 2 hours later... at that point I updated my calorie info and to my own disappointment I brought my caloric intake up to 3,380 calories, and now I am eating doritos (that is also added into the above calories) Now I am really upset with myself because I cheated... I am feeling a lot of guilt... I have worked so hard over the past week and I know this diet works because I did it before. What should I do? and how do I get over cheating??? I just feel yuck now.....

Coffee drinker

I have a real problem with Coffee drinking.
I don't know whether or not its because I just quit smoking(8 days ago), or my stress level.. or if I really do have a disease... Should I go to OA (overeaters annonymous)?? That is what I ask myself.. or 'Do I or am I developing an eating disorder? Have I been like this my whole life, and just haven't realized it?' I did just start two weeks ago.. Am I going to struggle with myself for the rest of my life like this? AHH I'm driving myself crazy. I try to read self help books, and then tell myself its just a self contol issue.. Then when I am not controlling myself, I'm like read one of those self help books, this is an emotional problem- not a physical one.. Am I just psyching myself out? Or is this for real?

Its like during the day, at work or wherever.. I'm a good girl, I eat my salads with lemon juice and have a grilled chicken ***- whatever. But at night when no one is around.. I just eat eat eat. I eat a quesadilla, I have a burger, a salad, almonds, 3 100-calorie packs, 4 33 oz. bottles of water, more almonds, then im ravaging (feels like it at least) my refrigerator for something to make me feel full. And then I feel like crap. What the hell is this all about.

Am I just weak? Or do I need a 24/7 foodslapper? <--- lol

I have asked my doctor and she says it is okay to eat them, but I'm begining to wonder. If anyone has any ideas I'd appericate them. by the way I can not eat any kind of nuts, I am deadthly allergic.

This is day 4 and I'm
already getting frustrated. I've never
been one that sticks to diets, I hate feeling hungry or not getting
enough to eat. I recently found out, however, that I am going on
vacation to see my boyfriend, and I need to lose some weight. (beyond
the fact that I think I need to anyways even if I wasnt' going to see
Jay)

My major problem is I live in the dorms. I have to have a
meal plan and I figured by not eating at the Cafeteria, I'm wasting my
money (since at the beginning of the year I had to pay for a meal plan
no matter what). I have come to realize, however, that the food at the
cafeteria is fattening beyond wonder. I dont have the extra money to
buy a ton of healthy food and I just don't know what to do. All I can
do right now (and afford) is to buy the slimfast shakes and that's it.

What should I do? How do I lose the weight if I can't make healthy meals and have to eat at a cafeteria? Help!

Jess

Nutrition Facts

I always check nutrition facts before buying anything from the store. It not only reminds me to take my vitamins, but adds to my general overall vitamin nutritional count i.e. vitamin C, calcium, etc. I list them as AAAMultiVitamin, AAACalcium/magnesium/zinc, AAAGlucosamine etc. Even if the supplement doesn't have any of the nutritional information on my daily food chart, it still reminds me to take it since it's at the top of "My Foods"! I do the same thing for any medication I'm on that I NEED to remember.

Have diet pills really helped you?

Has anyone used any pills with any success? I have 3 different brands here at home, but found they didn't really help me. I have tried Slimquick, relecor, and cylaris with no benefit. Maybe I didn't use them long enough. Do you know of any brand that helps curb APPETITE? They can put a man on the moon, why can't they make a pill to cure obesity??

Slimfast and Weight Watchers Help!

Hey yall, I love slim fast and I am going to incorparate it into my weight watchers diet, but I have lost my thingy that firgures out how many points things are worth and I can't figure out how many points the optimia milk choc. shake and the cookie dough meal bar are.
