i was just wondering if i had eating tomuch for dinner , im supposed to eat 420 cal for dinner, so i had pollo loco? i had 1 thigh , 1 leg, and 1/2 plate of veggies , with only 1 tortilla , and 5 spoons of beans.....i just want to make sure im eating right>?

For your Sensible Meal, you are actually allotted approximately 500 calories for dinner. Based on what you mentioned it is hard to determine if that was exactly about 500 calories, but it seems like you are on the right track. Questions to think about: How big was the thigh and leg? Did you take the skin off? Was it baked or fried? For the tortilla, what kind was it? Tortillas vary in size and type. It is best for you to check the packaging to see how many calories the tortilla was. Finally for the beans, were they just beans? Or were they cooked with something? And how big were the spoons? Serving spoons? Teaspoons? Tablespoons?
Based on the types of foods you mentioned, however, it does seem like you are on the right track. And if you are going according to the plate portion control method, filling quarter of your plate with lean protein (such as chicken), a quarter with a starch (such as a tortilla), and half the plate with steamed vegetables, you should be fine.
