Hello My name is Brianna and I just joined the Slim-Fast community. I am 20 years old, and my goal is to lose 50 lbs before my 21st birthday. (9-2-09). I am currently 206 lbs. I have never been this heavy and am very embarrassed. I have just joined a gym (for the umteenth time) and am commited to sticking to it.
I will be taking morning classes at the gym which include Pilates, Buso Pump and a full Cardio work out 4 mornings a week, and I also have a night time exersize routine.
I am a full time student and I work full time, but I have no excuses to why I have ballooned to this weight. I hope the support of all of you will assist me to stay motivated. I have started my weight loss chart and hope to reach my goal!

Hi, Brianna! My name is Sarah and I just started, as well. I, however, weigh in at a whopping 240 lbs with my goal being to reach 140 lbs by my next birthday. Slim-fast says it's possible. Here's to getting off our butts and making it happen!
Let me know how your journey goes, I plan on reposting once I lose those first six pounds. My plan is a 1500 calorie diet (with slim-fast), and 30 minutes of Cardio a day. With that calorie burning and deficit, I should be able to lose 1.8 lbs a week, minimum! Sounds good to me.

Starting weight: 186
Today: 181.5!!
I know it doesn't seem like a HUGE loss, but i'm really happy about it so far. I just had wait to break away from the 180's!!
I don't really have a HUGE goal- 140-150 would be nice to be at. I want to see how far I can come by my 23rd birthday (March). If I'm liking the results, I'll probably keep going past March until I get to a goal I'm happy with :)
