Hi, i know its mosty water but I just wanted to share that I have lost 4.5 pounds since Monday, today is Friday. It is such great motivation and my stomach has flattened out a bit. I was at my highest weight ever... 221 on Monday and now I am at 216.5. I am 5'9 . :)
I wish everyone such great luck. I think the biggest problem getting started is your mind set, you have to want it so bad that nothing will stop you. I have finally reached that point. Nothing tastes as good as thin feels thats for sure and I want to feel it again! lol

How'd you do it? Are you doing breakfast and lunch with slimfast and then eating a dinner, or are you mixing it up? The reason I'm asking is that I don't know which way would be better for me, and I need some helpful tips to sway me one direction or the other. Thanks and congrats!
congrats on the 4.5 lb weight loss! I am on my second week and I lost 4lbs on my first week as well. Keep going and don't give up!! :)
