I am confused about the fruits/veggies recommendation.  My diet plan says to replace at breakfast, combine meal and 200 cals at lunch, and have 500 cals at dinner, plus add in 3 120 cal snacks.  Is the recommended 4 servings of fruits/veggies IN ADDITION to all of that, or should I incorporate them into the 200 cals at lunch, 500 cals at dinner, and 120 cal snacks?

I'm sorry for the confusion!  The 4 fruits/veggies are indeed in addition to all the other allotted food on your plan.  Feel free to have these at snack times or in addition to your meals.
