walking the stairs

 Would it do good if i would walk up & down my stairs  for exerise?

 Heck YEAH!!  Especially if you go up at a sort-of quick pace.  I WISH we had stairs. The stair climber at the gym really kicks my BUTT  lol  And it burns calories WAY faster than the treadmill. (But it's constantly like climbing up, and never going down.) 

I can run for a mile or two at a time and my legs barely get sore, but I did 45 minutes of step aerobics yesterday, and my legs were KILLING me.

So I definitely think stairs are a great workout   :)

Stair Climbing is a Fantastic excercise...I do it here at home myself...and everywhere I go...I use the stairs instead of elevators.
