Hello everyone! so I just started the slim-fast plan and could really use all the support I could possibly get. I have been up and down and all around the diet world and nothing has worked for me yet. After I had my son in 2005, I have been carrying around an extra 30-40 pounds that I would love to get rid of anytime! =) so any suggestions, helpful hints, or just to get me through another day closer to my goal, I would most definitely appreciate it!
