Hello - I am a vegetarian that doesn't eat meat, fish or poultry and finding it hard to stick to a diet because I eat junkfood and a lot of pasta. Can you give me meal suggestions that are filling so that I am not tempted to eat junkfood?
I do drink milk, eat cheese and cottage cheese and occasionally eat eggs.
Hey i am a vegetarian too. I like eggplant parm with the rice cheese subsitute and vegan chili. The chili you make like reg chili and change the recipe where meat products are used. It is very filling to me and i think it is because all the protien from the beans.
Thanks for responding. I've been trying to lose weight but it is so hard because I don't think that I am getting the protein and vitamins that I need. I'll try your suggestion.
My meal plan for breakfast is great but I have trouble with lunch and dinner and I love to snack so I need to change what I snack on.

The Slim-Fast Meal Planner on the Slim-Fast website does have a vegetarian menu. To select this menu option, go to www.slim-fast.com and log in. Next click on My Meal Plan. On the lefthand side of the screen, click on Preferences. Here you can choose a Vegetarian menu. This should give you a bunch of ideas regarding what to eat. The meals planned are also balanced, so you will be getting all the nutrients that you need.
