I am a 20 year old full time student and worker. I am looking for a support buddy as I am just getting started! I used to be an avid runner but a hip surgery when I was 18 set me back.... then bad habits I fell into set me waayyyy back. I now weigh 163 and would love to get back to a healthier weight. My goal is shooting for 135-140. The weight I have gained has made health problems such as asthma and JRA flare up so I would love to lose weight, be healthier and start running again!

I'm a few years younger than you and i weighed 160! People said i didnt look that way but i knew it. So i guess one day i decided i was going to loose weight i tried weight watchers several times i never joined but i had the things to do it cause ny mom did it! Anyways im now about 117 pounds! It look a few mounths but i did it and i read something in my health class today! " It took years to put on the weight, so give yourself time to take it off. " I never thought about it quite like that, I'm the type of person i want things done yesterday ad i want to do it myself! Anyways I just made small changes here and there and i was happy seeing a few ounces gone a day and they DO add up after a while! And finally i got to where i am now! So you can do it! Just keep it up! I'd Love to your support!

hi Lisa I just start too so if you want we can be accountabilitu partner I used to be a runner too but then I get sick so i stop running. I am studing full time psychology and I work with kids and we need to lose about the same weight.
