Well, I'm here trying to start a new diet which is not fun....I just got engaged and would like to look nice for my wedding date...my fiance says he doesn't care about my weight he loves me the way I am but I don't like the way I look....I was really heavy one time and lost a lot of weight but now I have put just about all of it back on and now I am paying for it....Is there really any help out there tht does not cost an arm and leg..I'm really frustrated as if you can tell but only at myself for letting it get this far.....any advise.......
