I am new to the site and joined slim fast to get back on track. I am a college student and during the year gained unwanted weight!! I love to exercise, but lack motivation. I like to go to the gym, walk, and do workout videos. I am just looking for a buddy or a lot of buddies to help motivate each other. I also want to tone up, so any great thigh slimming tricks are greatly appreciated along with ab tricks! Happy Holidays to everyone by the way!
I am new to site too. How can we help each other? I am about 12 pounds overweight. I work out one time a week. Work full time and it's hard to motivate myself to exercise.
