I have been noticing that people are giving there hight and weight on here and sometimes I see what cal goal they have. My seems to be low? I am 5'2" and 240. I am 28 y/o and have a cal goal of 1500. I plan on doing the eliptical (sp) for an hour or two everyday (which may not work as my work schedule is really messed up; I work in an ER, registering patients...sometimes 3p-11p and other nights weekends maily I noticed 11p-7a...ughhh. This is going to be hard I know). I then decided to do strength on Sundays, Wed, and Saturdays...BUT I do not think that will work out either...
So my question is; what would be the avgerage calories a day I should consume?

Based on your current weight and height, we would recommend that you have 1900 calories per day. If you need to change your meal plan to be 1900 calories per day, simply click "Change" next to "Your meal plan is 1500 calories daily" and select 1900 calories.
