how I started losing the weight

 1 year ago I was 220 lbs I went on weight watchers and of course I got to where I couldn't afford it but I stuck with it and lost more when I quit going to the meetings I was down to 196 lbs and then after I stopped going to the meetings I continued to lose I drank some of the slim fast and ate stuff like apples bananas,some times I would eat on the go stuff because I was always on the go.I also have been doing the walk away the lbs program got down to 173 and I quit doing that for a while and started eating out and eating sweets again and I gained about 7 lbs now I am watching what I eat and trying to exercise again so I can get back down to 150lbs I could still use some encouragement.

 Keep up the good work.  Don't get discouraged, you should be very proud of yourself.  I just started today and have a long way to go.  I ate dinner an hour ago and I'm already hungry.  It's going to be a long evening.  I was going to join weight Watchers, but also because of the expense decided to try this.  Keep up the walking and buy yourself a pretty outfit for the holidays!
