Good Morning Everyone,
First off I would like stay, Welcome to CR250Rider and Ebby. We have a great group of people on this forum so I'm sure you will gain motivation and some buddies from it! I hope everyone had a good week. Unfortunetly, I didn't stay as motivated this week as I have. I'm half way through my 8 weeks! That doesn't mean I'm going to quite when I finish my 8 weeks, I just used that as time line to see how much I could lose by my 25th birthday (Oct. 30th).
It's Friday and you know what that means "Weight-In Day". I weighed 164 last week and I've gained 2lbs so now I'm back to 166. I also think it's due to the time of month as I'm sure you ladies wanted to know that! This brings a question to you ladies. Do you notice weight gain during the T.O.M?
Remember "You Can Do It and Your Very Much Worth It"!

Hi Everybody,
Weighed in on Friday and was at 165, didn't gain or lose. I was so glad because I ate too much on my Jewish New Year. Tomorrow night is Day of Atonement and it's a 25 hour fast day. Will keep you all posted for this Friday.
Erin, you are soooo motivating for me, you are amazing! I'm sure you will reach your birhtday goals!

Hi . I haven't been on in a while, just saw your mesg. earlier and have been having some trouble getting my stuff to work right. well anyway thanks for chatting with me and thanks for your concern. I know its probably not the bet thing to do for my self but , sometimes I just forget to eat or just plain don't have any appitite. thats why I thought i would try the slim fast thing so I would get my protein in. I just saw a new one, that is low carb and even higher protein so that will be next. as for the weight loss I kinda stalled out for a while but now its starting to come off again. I have lost 3 more pounds. I wish everybody the best of luck. and feel free to write me. You are a good buddy. Thanks again
Hey how did the BBQ go. I hope you had fun. I know its been a little while but I just saw this so I wanted to tell you something. You said you were going to cheat, because of the BBQ. well you really shouldn't think of it as cheating, cause you are selling yourself short and giving yourself a guilt trip for nothing. I have had a life time of this whole diet thing. I read a lot about, listen to the " specialist " about it, I could probably write my own book ( LOL ). They all seem to agree that you need to give your self a break, and if you feel like having something once in a while, go ahead and enjoy it. You will have more control then and you are less likely to totally give up. And the world lays enough crap on us, with out us doing it to our selves, you know what I mean. I have alot of health issues, that makes my weight like a constant battle, but I am losing again and I have lost 43.5 since the 1st of the year. And sure I may have lost more, or maybe I would have lost it faster if I didn't enjoy a treat once in a while, but then again I may have just totally given up and said screw it. But here I am and I am still going. So take it easy, relax and don't be afraid to say yes to yourself occaisionally.
Hi Erin,
Happy (early) birthday to you
May all your wishes come true!
Wishing you success, good health and many happy returns
All the best,
Thank You so much. I enjoyed my birthday and birthday weekend. Unfortunetly, I haven't maintained my diet. Things have been so hectic that my exercise and diet have gone to the waste side. I still want to reach my goal of being at 145. I'm sure I'll get back to it once I find a good routine and stick to it.
I just thought I would check in. Its been a while since I wrote any thing. I guess everybody is pretty busy, because no one is really commenting any more. Well I have lost 2.5 more pounds. its coming off slowly but surely. How is everybody else doing. Waiting to hear from any one.
Well its me again, just checking in. I had a good week last week, I am down to 150. Only 30 pounds to go. I am going to keep going until its done . Good Luck to everyone.
Wow babyfat! Great job and dedication! I wish I didnt have an appetite sometimes! I just started today, I weigh around 153 to 155 and want to get down to my prebaby weight of 137... I am in the military also and need to get into one of my old uniforms soon! I did so well on weight watchers before but now it just doesnt seem to work for me. I always go over my points. I needed something easier and this seems to be it. I lost 10 lbs with it a long time ago and hope I can do it again. I never used to be so into food but jeez, I live in the tundra now and its all there is to do! Especially since now I am close to family who tell me all the time I look great when i know I have gained. I know thanksgiving is coming but I will just do the best I can on the days i can..
Ive tried it all it seems. Running, weight watchers, cabbage soup diet.. I never used to have this problem of sticking to it but from the looks of this forum I'm not the only one that has that problem. I also broke my foot running because I went from being a non runner to running 3 miles and well, i didnt know you had to ease into it. lol. now I know. I guess its because im older.
Im 29, have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and married. My goal date is ASAP lol. but seriously I have until next june to do this. I know thats a long time but all these failures ive had, damper my hopes. I change birth control because I think that was also my problem.
Hey yngrl, nice to meet you and thanks for the comments. I know a lot of people say this but, if I can do it I know that you can too. I am 45, and I have various health issues, from two thyroid problems, to artheritis and many others. But the weight is coming off, I took a few days off for the Holidays and I still lost weight. I weighed in this morning at 148.5 , I even enjoyed more than my share of chocolate pie, yes I said chocolate pie, made especially for me by my loving niece. ( Thanks Sam ) LOL. ANYWAY which SF are you using, I use the HIGH protein one, It has more protein than the regular one, which helps to handle the appitite. Good Luck and You CAN do it.
Well its me again, I guess I am the only one doing this anymore, I just want to check in and update things. I am down to 146, HALLALUGHE !!. I am getting there slowly but surely. HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYBODY.
Hi my name is Tracy and I am ready to get this extra weight off of me for real this time. I am new to this site and I am looking forward to getting tips and motivation from others. I currently weigh 163lbs and my goal weight is 135 or 130. I want to loose at least 30 pounds, but dont know of a realistic date to loose it by. Is February 14th a realistic date? Well my journey begins today and I can't wait to see results.
