I forgot....  How did you like that protein water? It does take the edge off hunger for me, like if I get hungry while I'm cooking dinner or before I go to bed.  Which kind did you get?  I have tried the K2O and the South Beach. They're both good, but I like the tropical breeze South Beach one the best.  If I'm really hungry before bed, I'll have some of that with some popcorn, and it always does the trick   =)

hey ladies!!!  Congrats on your weight loss shaina!!!  You are SOOO close!!!  I only lost 2 pounds this weeke but better than gaining 2.  So i am down to 204...almost to that victory dance...lol!!  But i have a feeling i am fixing to have to cut back on my calories pretty soon.  But then again, i wsa battleing Aunt Flo last week and didnt excercise as much as i normally do.  But that is over so i am back on track.  So hubby and i have both lost 16 pounds in 5 weeks.  Of course he has only changed his eating habits and i have been working my butt off to acheive my weight loss....lol.  men make me sick!  LOL...JK!

I have never tried the protien water.  I have just been drinking watered down tea.  i really dont like water unless it is flavored with something.  I think im gonna try like crystal light or try to find me some of the flavored water...if i can find that stuff in this po-dunk town!

I am starting to tell a difference in the way my body looks.  I think i am building muscle right now too...along with burning the fat, and i know that will affect the scale.  cause i walk ALOT but i also work out with dumbbells to tone my arms, shoulders and back.  Oh and yesterday i actually managed to do 100 crunches!!  Like 75 reverse crunches, and 25 regular crunches.  So maybe if i can keep that up it will help my tummy area.  Im not expecting a miracle though cause i know that i have alot of scar tissue that is not in my favor....lol.  But i dont care.  Im trying to just focus my goals in 10 pound increments right now cause my big goal just seems to far away and unreachable right now.  well i know this was long.  TTYL ladies:)))  Misty

Misty, congrats on the 2 pounds!! That is awesome!  Victory dance, here you come   ;)     Crystal Light is good stuff, and we get the sugar free Kool Aid too cuz the kids love it. It just seems like the protein water makes my tummy feel like I just had a real snack.  And WOW on the crunches!  All of that work in the tummy area will pay off   ;)

I had Red Lobster with my mom for lunch today, and for desert we got one of those giant warm chocolate chip cookies with ice cream "for the kids"   ;)   but we really probably ate most of it.  It was so good though, so I just decided to have a salad and some veggies for dinner and work out extra hard this evening, and hope it balances out.  If not.... well, I'm sure I will have it worked off by the end of the week.  We're moving!  Not to the country like I want (yet) but to a bigger place. It has a big yard, so we can finally get the kids a dog, and they'll have more room inside to run around and play, so I'm happy (for now) and we'll still look for something in the country. (This is a rental; I just wanted to go ahead and get out of where we're at now because I'm not really very comfortable here all day alone.....)

So I'm really excited! I don't know exactly how we go about switching all the internet stuff (and other utilities, for that matter), so I don't when my access will be disconnected here, if it's before we leave or whatever..... plus, my modem has been going haywire since I flooded the place last week... (Did I tell y'all about that? Something burst under the sink and the water was flowing all the way out through the living room, under the screen door before I figured out how to turn it off!  =)   It took me almost two hours to suck all that water up with the carpet cleaner and mop up what was left!)  So it's not very often I can get online lately.....  But I'm definitely still working hard and thinking of you guys!

Talk to ya later!   ~Shaina

Hey Shaina & Misty!  CONGRATS to you both on your AWESOME weight losses!  That's really terrific!!!  Shaina, I long for the day when I'm almost to maintenance like YOU (WOW!) and also moving to a new home!  :) That's wonderful news about your house! :) We have a VERY small yard, too.

Misty, you are incredible with those crunches....like a machine!  ;-)  All of your efforts are paying off on the scales!!!  Even tho you didn't walk as much last week, I'm sure you'll be back in the groove this week and trim off more inches. You can "see" the victory dance now, girlfriend!  :)

I have GREAT news:  I lost 2 lbs which has really floored me! I guess my efforts are paying off, too.  I'm down to 171.....so close to 160's now. I'm learning to order "healthier" foods when eating out or split lunch or dinner with friends. I ate out ALL w-end long and still LOST weight. I'm very proud of that! (shocked to pieces!!!)  My 3 closest friends asked me to the beach on the gulf coast and I WENT.  I've "never" left my daughter before...not with the hubby or my parents!  Have y'all ever had a night away from your kids?  It was WONDERFUL for my spirit.  I didn't know I needed to get away from all the "mommy duties" so BADLY until I got down there. I'm a NEW woman!  Hubby is worn-out tired.....awww!  I don't think he had a clue how tiring it is, all day & night like that!  ;-)  LOL! LOL!  I hope y'all are laughing like I was!  ;-)

Shaina when you get down to maintenance, I really hope we still hear from you sometimes.  Your messages are SO darn funny, but also encouraging!  I greatly appreciate all the tips you've sent my way!!! THANK YOU!!  It must feel REALLY amazing to finally put on those SMALL sizes!!  YIPPEE!!!  I think you've lost almost 50 lbs, right?   NEW CLOTHES.....YAY!  My lil girl got her first Barbie doll.....a gift from Mommy's trip.  She didn't cry a single time and also didn't ask for me.  She's such a big girl now!  I'm glad she's a big girl, but I also miss the little baby she used to be.

I'm drinking the K20 protein water and it does fill me up. Thanks for telling me about it.  Crystal light is YUMMY....I love Raspberry the best, but orange and lemonade are very good, too.  The orange kinda reminds me of Sunny Delight drinks that kids drink.   Have a FANTASTIC DAY!  Y'ALL ROCK!!!  :)    Leigh

Hi girls! Leigh, I don't think I'm really down to maintenance YET =) I want to try to lose 10 pounds this month, to give myself extra time (November and December) to lose the last 10. (I've heard they can be the hardest to lose, but I hope not TOO hard!) =) I added a new thing to my routine this morning, and I hope I can keep it up. I got up when my husband did (around 5 am) and went outside to jog. (There's a church a few doors down with a big, well-lit parking lot, so I went over there and jogged around their lot. I just don't trust this neighborhood enough to be out in the dark alone, and noone was there this early so I don't think they'd mind.... Hope not, anyway =) ) I was only out there for about 20 minutes, but I felt like I got a good workout. I'm hoping that adding this morning exercise in addition to going to the gym in the evenings will help melt the pounds (and fat!) off faster =) I have to admit, I'm a little, tiny bit jealous of your "Leigh" weekend =) (Not "mommy" but Leigh. That's how I think of my alone time: I get to be Shaina instead of mommy for a little while) =) It must have been SO RELAXING!! Just what a hard-working, weight-losing woman needs =) Was it hard to leave your daughter? I mean, did you spend time worrying about her? (Not to imply that you don't trust your husband AT ALL, so please don't think that.... Just wondering if you worried that maybe your daughter felt like she needed you.) The only time I've been away from my 2 1/2 year was when I was in the hospital having the baby. She was with my parents because my husband couldn't really take off work much (just long enough to be there the day the baby was actually born) and I knew she was having fun and getting lots of attention, but I still felt guilty and had to TRY not to worry about how she was feeling (abandoned? lonely? sad? worried? is she OK?) =) And I've never been away from either of them other than that for more than a few hours at a time. NEVER all night, although the biggest part of me sometimes WISHES for an entire night alone, or with my husband =) I think when my baby is old enough to stay all night with my parents without crying, I may try to take a mini-vacation. She JUST quit nursing a few weeks ago though (much more my choice than hers, but I felt like I NEEDED to do it for my own sanity ~ she would wake up at night and want to nurse for reassurance and to fall back to sleep, and after a YEAR, it was wearing me out!) And although she's sleeping through the night now (mostly) she doesn't want to let me out of her sight during the day. My mom says it's "attachment issues" (whatever....) but she wants to be held or at least have my full attention including eye contact while she's playing. I hope she gets through it soon.... Sunday, I was at my parents' house and my husband called wanting me to go just down the street to look at a refrigerator he found. I left the kids there, so I could just run in and out, and I promise I couldn't have been gone longer than 15 minutes and my mom was pacing the floor bouncing my YEAR OLD baby like she was a newborn to keep her from screaming for me. Does that sound ridiculous to either of you? It does to me, but I'm not sure how to help her get over it. I'm open to any and all suggestions =) But I'm glad you had fun on your trip, and I'm really glad for you that your husband handled everything. I think mine would have had a meltdown and run to my parents for help =) haha Well, I'll talk to you ladies later! Have a great day =) ~Shaina

Hey Ladies!  I hope you both are having a GREAT day!  It was VERY hard to leave my girl!!  I told my friends I wasn't going on the trip 2 wks prior and the Monday before, 2 of them asked me to reconsider. We haven't been on a 'girls trip' in 5 yrs. Wed I had a long talk with my hubby about "stepping out in faith & trusting God with situations".  I was worried she'd cry, bc she's a mommy's girl....big-time!  I "finally" said I'd GO!  :)  My daughter plays with her cousin every w-end for 1 day....hubby had help from his sister & mom Sat.  His mom lives fairly close, and my parents live closer (2 mi) so he had plenty of extra help he could call on.  He did it all by himself Sunday.  I cooked one of his favorite dinners Mon night!  :)  We had cubed steak, creamed corn, and tater tots...yum!

My girl also had attachment issues and my friend's son did, too.  At first I thought I had not "left" her enough, but later realized it was another "phase" and would be 1 of MANY. LOL!  When she was 19 mos old, I started leaving her at the Church (mother's morning out) for 2 hrs, to see if she could work thru it.  She cried a good bit the first 3 times, but didn't cry ANY the 4th time. I finally stopped taking her, bc she was getting sick once a month. Maybe if your mom keeps her 30 min a few days, she'll eventually understand that you ALWAYS come back.  I made up the "mommy always comes right back" song and sang it to her weekly for months....the song helped a LOT!  :)

Misty, you should try this protein water. I drank some tonight & didn't have the "munchies" for the 1st time in a while. I get the munchies after everybody goes to bed....I have 1 hr by myself to finish up laundry or put away dishes. I do pretty good during the day, about not wanting to snack.  I ate a fruit cup from ChickFilA today (for lunch) along with a chicken salad sandwich. The sandwich was DELICIOUS. Before this diet plan I would have ordered fries & a fried chicken sandwich.  Change is GOOD! Let's Keep GOING!  I'm really "proud" of all our hard work and efforts!!!!  :)  Leigh

Well, your daughter definitely sounds like she's adjusting to becoming a "big girl" very well   =)     Sometimes I get a little frustrated, but I usually secretly enjoy it when my 2 yr acts like a baby. You know, "Hold me," "Feed me," "Carry me," "Rock me".....   =)  I think having a sister has her pulling out the "baby" card sometimes for a little extra attention.... Whenever you "need" help and someone has to do it for you, you get those extra few minutes of face time   =)    It's ok with me for now, (she still has tons of "Me do it!" moments!) and I figure that the kids are so close in age that once the baby starts wanting to do more herself, I'll suddenly go from having two "babies" to two "big girls"   =)

Anyway, I got up and ran again this morning!   =)   Is it just me, or is that cold air hard to suck in when you can't breathe?  I was getting winded sooner than I usually do at the gym, and getting cramps.... Ugh! But I did it anyway. I sort-of cheated though, because when I came back in, the kids were still asleep.... I tried to just sit down and watch the news for a few minutes, but the house was so quiet and dark, and I just fell back asleep   =)    My mom woke me up knocking on the door around 8:30, or I would probably have slept til 10 or 11!  I think it's just because I stayed up watching Iron Man last night (btw, it's a really good movie! If you like action movies, you should watch it, if you get a chance!)  but if I keep feeling so tired, I may have to start eating a few extra calories.... you know, since I added an extra (although short) workout. Not sure how all this works, so maybe I'll have to talk to somebody at the gym   =)

Have you guys ever tried rice cakes?  I always thought of them as nasty little things that would have to be choked down by even the nuttiest of health nuts   =)   But my husband encouraged me to get some last time we went to the grocery store (Look, they're only 60 calories a serving!)  so I tried some. I got the caramel corn ones because I had no idea what any of the flavors would taste like, and I figured how can you go wrong with caramel?   =)   But I'm telling you, they taste JUST LIKE a handful of that caramel corn that comes in those Christmas tins   =)   I don't know if any of the other flavors are any good, but I'm hooked on these things now   =)    And they're pretty filling, so one serving is tasty and filling enough that I don't keep reaching in the bag for "one more"    =)    ~Like I do those little teddy grahams the kids eat sometimes!~ haha

Well, I'll talk to ya'll later!   ~Shaina

Hey ladies!  I am sooo bummed!  i had just written out a LONG post and just as i was finishing up the electricity blinked and POOF!!! it was gone!  I was so mad!  So i will try and recapture the gist of the post...lol.

i was reading yalls post about your lil girls and all i could think was, "Lord please dont let me get pregnant again!"  I never left either of my girls even for a few hours till they were at least three and never overnight till they were 4.  Well it may have been almost four for my oldest daughter.

But you know, sometimes we just need to take time for ourselves and make ourselves remember who we were BEFORE we became mommies and wives.  Of course for me i didnt learn that willingly.  When my ex left me and my oldest daughter, he would get her every other weekend. At first it KILLED me!  But after a while i started going out dancing on saturday nights and i realized something.  I still LOVED to dance and i still knew how to party!  (and that is pretty good for someone who is not a drinker at all!) LOL!  And slowly i began to remember who i was before i became a mother and wife!  Then about a year or so later i met and married my husband and along came our youngest girl!  She didnt stay anywhere till she was four.  We only went out like once a year for a couple of hours on our anniversary and then that was it!  But then right after she turned four she wanted to stay the night with her Mimi like her big sister.  So we finally agreed and planned on a night on the town!  My husband said that it was an awakening for him.  LOL!  We got all dolled up and went to a dance club in tulsa.  he said that the minute i walked through the door that i changed.  Everything that he knew about me seemed to melt away in an instant!  He said that it was like i was no longer Misty, the mother of his children...Misty the wife that had old fashioned ideas about wives and loved joggers more than jeans.  I turned into Misty the WILDCAT!:)    LOLOLOL!  Dee said he fell head over heels in love with me all over again that night....lol!  he had no idea that i could dance at all....lol.  All he had ever seen was me goofing off at home with the girls.  It was so funny!  He said being married to me is always an adventure cause he never knows what he is going to come home to.  Somedays im normal....most times not...lol!

Here the past couple of weeks though i have been slowly reverting back to the 80's chick i used to be in school!  Now i will be the first to admit that i have always loved the 80's!  I totally rocked it!  I had the big hair....and still do!  Hey i figure if i am gonna have hair down to my butt, im gonna wear it BIG!!!  LOL!!  And im jamming out to an awesome playlist of 80's hits even as we speak...err type!  And i loved the scrunchy socks.  Do yall remember those?  Oh the wild makeup was soooo much fun!!  I still do the wild makeup when i go out...lol.  So yeah i am completely hooked on that era.  And you know it is so funny cause i see alot of the fashion trends coming back from that era....even the big hair!!  I told Dee last night that all i need is about a 86-87 firebird or camaro and i would have it made...lol.  Now i completely understand if yall are rolling on the floor holding your sides from the intense bouts of hysterical laughter or cringing from the flashbacks of the dense cloud of Aquanet hairspray that loomed in the bathroom for a good hour after you finished your hair....LOLOLOLOL!  But i at least hope that this confession of a woman stuck in the 80's has brought a big smile to your faces!  Yall have a great day ladies.  :):):)  Misty

Hey Girls!  I loved your messages!  Shaina, my girl still has those "baby moments", probably twice a week. LOL! She's around her cousin who is 18 mos older, so that makes her want to act big.  :)  All her lil friends are 6 mos older, which helps, too. ;)

I got my Target FIX and found a purple plaid jumper for her. I can't stay out of their kids dept very long.  I skipped Target last week, which meant I HAD to go today!  LOL! I had a great time with Mom at lunch.  Misty, is there a Target in the town near you?  If not, it might be a GOOD thing, so you can save $$ for your upcoming move!  :)

Shaina, I love rice cakes....I've been buying the little ones (size of half dollars) and I LOVE the caramel ones you tried.  My favorite are the caramel & the chocolate. They cure my chocolate craving every time! ;)

Misty I graduated in 87, so I was definitely "rocking out" in the 80's!! LOL!  I also LOVE DISCO music like you wouldn't believe. I use to skate to disco when I was about 9 yrs old.  Every time I hear Disco or 80's, I want to start dancing.  The trip took me back to the "more FUN Leigh", too!!  I LOVE dancing & partied a lot in my 20's!  :)  I rarely drink now, but do occasionally like a frozen margarita....YUM!  When you described the big hair, it reminded me how I went to a Def Leopard concert in college.  That was my 1st concert.  :) LOL!

Y'all made me feel so "normal" bc you didn't leave your kids overnight til they were 4, & Shaina you haven't left yours quite yet.  ALL my friends leave theirs 2 times a year for short trips. I've never left mine with a babysitter, but my mom keeps her so we can eat dinner out occasionally. It's SO nice, having that alone time as a couple.  TTYL!  :) :) Leigh

Oh my gosh...DEF LEPARD...AHHHH!!!   I love them!  I missed the disco era just by a few years.  i mean i was born in the 70's but at that time most of my bunch was into country hick music...lol.  But my hubby, who is 47 was big into the disco and since we have been married he has gotten me into it quite a bit.  LOL!  But my favorite is the 80's...i mean come on...EVERYONE looked great with blue eyeshadow.  (they just wont admit it...lol).   Come on Shaina, you have to put your two cents worth in...lol.  What was your favorite music era...or what is one fashion fad that you went through and loved.  Ok so this is a question that i want yall to be brutally honest with....what is one thing in fashion that yall would just LOVE to see come back?  Come on now dont be embaressed....LOL!  Be brave!  TTYL:) Misty

PS>  and yes i am crazy...lol.  But hey it doesnt get dull!

have either of yall heard of the cafemom website?  its kinda like myspace but only for moms.  i have a page there.  yall should check it out and then we could keep in contact thru there as well!

Hey guys! Y'all are SO crazy!   =)   Ok, I'm going to chime in here.  I graduated high school in 2000! I was only 8 years old when the 80's ended, so unfortunately I never got a chance to find out what the blue eyeshadow would look like on me   =)    When I was in high school, some of the 70's looks were coming back, like bell-bottoms   =)   I LOVED those, and wouldn't be sad to have some more of those. Tight at the top with flared legs.... so cute!   =)   And platform shoes, although they weren't as super-high as some of the ones I've seen from the 70's.  Natural was in, I think, as far as hair and makeup, although we did get outrageous with the glitter from time to time   =)    Back in the early 90's, when I was allowed to start fixing my own hair, I did the big bangs with tons of hairspray, so I sort-of can relate to the big hair   =)    I used to listen to 70's rock n roll with my parents, so I still love all of that stuff, although I'm not familiar with disco at all. I listened to a lot of 70's, 80's and early 90's rock n roll til I got in high school. We live in a really urban area, so hip hop was really "cool".... and I liked it a lot because of the "groove" you get into when you're dancing to something with one of those great beats   =)   My husband HATES that kind of music though.... He ONLY listens to country, and he doesn't want the kids listening to hip hop because a lot of it has negative messages, which I can't disagree with really.... so I listen to some country (which I don't really even like!) and am back to a lot of the older rock n roll, which my parents think is cool   =)

One thing that needs to stay gone and never come back.... leggings, with stirrups    =)

Hey Crazy Chicks!  My favorite things were big hair (now they make Big & Sexy hairspray....LOL!) bangle bracelets, door-knocker earrings, twist-a-bead necklaces, & Chic jeans. Seems like we wore acid wash jeans. Do you remember Chic jeans and Lee jeans? LOL! In college we wore BONGO jeans...ha!  Shaina, you gotta listen to KC & the SUNSHINE BAND....I LOVE THEM!!!!  OMG!  My mom listened to Barry Manilow when I was growing up and my half-sister listened to "The Monkeys". I like a big variety of music, but not heavy metal or rap. I haven't heard much hip hop either. I like "some" country....mostly Faith Hill, etc. I mostly love Disco, 80's, Pop, Rock n Roll, Christian, a little country, and a little jazz. :)

Shaina, I loved bell-bottoms, too.....and I agree stirrup pants were AWFUL!  LOL!  Btw, when you do listen to Disco, you will wanna dance....it puts you in the mood. I was almost dancing in Dollar General one day before I realized, bc they were playing that kind of music. LOL! Misty, what year did you graduate from HS? My hubby grad. in 92.  Y'all are CRAZY!  LOL!  Leigh

PS:  Shaina, I LOVE action movies. I loved all those "Bourne" movies, but didn't see the last one.  Did y'all see "Meet the Fockers" several years ago?  My mom and I were talking today about how hilarious that movie was. And did y'all watch that wild & crazy show "S*x and the City". I bought the movie last week....it's hilarious.....I love Carrie!

OOOHHHH stirrup pants!!!  Gosh those things were the WORST fashion trend of the 80's by far!!  But i had a few pair that one of my much older sisters bought me...lol.  I had like a balck pair and a bright turqouise blue pair.  i would wear that black pair with a pair of funky boots that i had.   The boots rocked...the pants, not so much...LOLOLOL!!  And i had both chic and lee jeans!  Loved them.

My hubby has a KC & the sunshine band and he loves it!  Yeah disco can definatly make you want to get up and shake your groove thang!!!!  LOL!  Im kinda like you leigh, i love all kinds of music.  I love the music from the 70s and 80s.  But i really like hip hop....love me some Nelly!  And everything else from jazz to classical.  But i was a band girl in high school and drum major for 3 years so i really come to love all kinds of music. Music is still important in our house.  I just bought my 10 year old a snare drum and i think she is gonna be really good on it.  And i bought my 5 yr old a set of sleigh bells for her cause she wanted to learn jingle bells for christmas.  And then i have a guitar, a flute, a violin and an autoharp that i play.  But i have been scouting ebay for a clarinet and a cello too....lol.  I guess i am a collector of music instruments per se.  But i do play or are learnign to play everything that i buy.

I cracked up when you said that about almost dancing in DG.  When we were still in tulsa, i had went to the family dollar there and they were playing some awesome 70s stuff and i swear every woman that i passed my age and older was either bobbing their heads to it or singing along.  I thought man all we need to do now is to break out in a choreographed dance number and we would be movie material!!!  It was hilarious!!

My hubby and i watch some action movies but we are more thriller type movie people.  I am a complete vampire fanatic!  I have seen almost everyone made i think.  And i love witch movies too.  We watched wicker man last night with Nic Cage in it and it was pretty good.  As far as tv goes, im not much into tv.  Except for shows like CSI Miami.  Horatio is a hottie!  And i like forensic files.  And the occasional show on HGTV.  But i dont get into sitcoms much.  But like i said im weird...lol.   anyway, i hope you ladies have a great day!:)Misty

PS>>  i was able to get my butt in a pair of LArge shorts yesterday for the first time in YEARS!!  YAY!!!

Hi girls! I tried to post a message this morning, but it didn't take for some reason   =(

I remember the Bongo jeans you were talking about Leigh; they were cute   =)   We wore a lot of Mudd jeans in high school. They used to make some super cute retro-looking bell bottoms.  And Tommy Hilfiger used to be the cool thing to wear too. I would have a stupid Tommy Hilfiger flag thing on everything I wore, including socks and underwear!  (maybe I was brainwashed!)  lol    One trend I participated in was the belly-button piercing. We all thought it was SO cute. We'd wear little shirts that showed just the bottom of the ring (but not the whole thing, cuz that was "slutty")   =)    Two kids later though, the scar from that thing is a little funny looking. Wish I had thought of that when I was 18!  I had a few pairs of the stirrup pants when I was younger, and they were SO dorky looking!   =)

Misty, I like vampire movies too! Did you see 30 Days of Night?  It was pretty good. I liked Wicker Man too, but I wish someone had told me the ending was a little unsatisfying; I had never seen the older version and was disappointed at the end   =(    Did you see the remake of the Omen? It was pretty good. Oh Leigh, I wouldn't bother watching the third Bourne movie. It was a little boring, and I couldn't pay enough attention to follow it all the way to the end   =)   It seems like when they make a trilogy, they just get worse   =)    If you liked Meet the Fockers, have you seen Monster in Law with Jennifer Lopez and (I think) Jane Fonda?  It was funny and pretty cute.

Something from my earlier post.... Man, I really blew my diet yesterday! We had this Reese's peanut butter cup ice cream in the freezer for like two weeks, and yesterday I decided I "wanted" some.... but I had two bowls!  And then I made a really big bowl with the rest of it for my two year old, so I wouldn't be tempted to eat any more of it   =)   I gotta quit buying that stuff!  And then after dinner, I went over to my parents' house. When my dad came home for the evening, he brought dinner from a little tex-mex place I love, and I ended up having a taco and a ton of salsa on top of the dinner I already ate..... I probably gained two pounds yesterday! For real!  But the good news is, I'm out of junk food, and high on will power now   =)     No more splurges, or I'm not going to be able to get a "hot" costume!

Oh Misty, I love Nelly, too! That was my very first concert I went to.  I loved it   =)    Talk to y'all later!
