Started 2day NEED MOTIVATION
Me too. Thought I would try slim fast plan. I have been trying weight watchers but couldn't get motivated there. Hoping this will jump start my weight loss.
I started 2 1/2 weeks ago, the scale shows weightloss of 4 lbs. but the capris (2 pairs) I bought 3 weeks ago are too big now - like sagging off my caboose!! Is that motivation or what?
