I'm off to a start .... I don't know if it's good or not.  I had a shake for breakfast, but then quickly dove into my fruit about an hour later (I was still hungry).  Then I had a lean cuisine for lunch.  Does this mean I have to have a shake for dinner (instead of a real dinner) ??

 Yeah, I think you get a shake for dinner but you get a snack & fruit before that and another snack after dinner, right?  I had a lot of trouble the first few days but have seen a 3-4 lb loss in a week & 1/2 so keep it up!!!

A Sensible Meal on the Slim-Fast Plan is 500 calories.  Most low-calorie frozen entrees are only between 250-350 calories.  Therefore, if you choose to have a Lean Cuisine at lunch, you can either add a tossed salad and a piece of fruit to the lunch, or you can have the tossed salad and piece of fruit with your Shake at dinner.

Also, if you find that you are really hungry in the morning, have a piece of fruit with your Shake.  You can either blend it in to make a delicious smoothie, or eat it alongside your shake.

 If you eat strawberrys try keeping some on hand, they are 1 of many fruits that have a lot of water and they keep you full.
