Hello,I just wanted to say good for you.Keep up the good work.I Just started on friday8/15/08 and i have lost 3lbs.I go by my meal plan for the day and i have been exercising every day for 30 min.and i have been feeling better and i will get there to my goal weight which is over a 100 lbs. god bless to all. susan cure
