HI I HAVE JOIN THIS SITE TODAY AND I WANT TO ADD MYSELF TO THE WEEKLY WEIGH IN SO I WILL BE BACK THURSDAY
This is my first day starting Slim Fast with a starting weight of 189. I will weigh in again next Thursday. I have a 25th anniversary next year and would love to be 30 lbs lighter. Health reason are also a concern because this weight is having affect on my back.
And I have yet to weigh myself. Since tomorrow is Thursday, I will post my weight first thing tomorrow. I have about 10 pounds to lose. I had lost a lot of weight last year due to some personal crises, but then during the summer I gained some of it back from too much picnics and parties!
I look forward to checking in here and to log my progress. I am a runner as well, though you wouldn't know it this week. Both yesterday and today I blew off my runs for no real reason besides being lazy, lol! That bed is just so warm! :)

I started about 1 1/2 weeks ago. I started at 180lbs and am at 176 as of this past Monday. I'm hoping to lose 30-32 pounds. I am 5'7". About 4 years ago I did the South Beach Diet and that worked very well for me but about 1/12 years ago some personal issues came up and I was right back into my bad eating habits. I tried to return to the South beach diet but I honestly could not get motivated. So I thoughtI'd begin with Slim Fast. I'm kind of doing this along with a version of the Weight Watchers points system (one shake is 4 points). I'm just starting to ramp up my exercise routine (I started from doing no exercising!!)- forutnately my husband works for a company that distributes exercise videos and small exercise equipment (Bosu balls, small dumbells, etc) so I have a lot to work with- especially during the cold MN winter months). I'm hoping to have lost at least 12 lbs by Christmas. More importantly I want to lose some inches. I'll be weighing in every Monday. I'm excited for the support and accountability!!

Hello,
My name is Tracy and I just started my Slim fast plan. I currently weigh 163lbs and I want to loose 30 pounds. I am even more determined and dedicated this time around to loose weight. My goal is to loose 2-3 pounds per week, but I need to set up my short term goals. I'll be posting my results!!!!!!
I also want to join the weekly weigh-in. I just joined today so my starting weight is 174 lbs. I want to get down to 125.
